Professionally rebuilt Verado powerhead:
• Remanufactured short block with remanufactured cylinder head
Rebuild Includes:
✔ Complete disassembly & cleaning
✔ Cylinder inspection & honing for new rings
✔ Bearing clearances set to factory spec
✔ Crankshaft cleaned & journals polished
✔ Pistons inspected and replaced if needed
✔ Jet-washed block; decking performed if required
✔ Reman heads receive full valve job & resurfacing
Powerhead is fully assembled and re-timed with a new timing chain and tensioner, then finished in Mercury Phantom Black
Core charge is included and core charge will be refunded once core is recieved

Core Policy
A good, usable core is required for all applicable Remanufactured Products.
Core Requirements:
• Core must be complete and usable
• Core cannot be locked up
• Core cannot have a hole.
Core Charge & Refund:
• Core charge is included in the purchase price
• Core charge will be refunded after the core is received and inspected at our facility
• Core must meet all usability requirements to qualify for a refund
Core Pricing:
Powerheads:
• Gen 1, Gen 2, Gen 5, and Gen 6 Verado (excluding 400R): up to $500.00
• 400R Verado: up to $1,000.00
Lower Units:
L6, V8 : Up to $500.00
Trim Rams: Up to $80.00
Core pricing varies depending on engine condition and model.
Shipping Policy
Powerheads:
• Allow 3–5 business days for crating
• Flat-rate shipping to commercial addresses with forklift in the continental
U.S.
• Alaska & Puerto Rico excluded
All Other items: Will Ship once order is placed.
