What is good usable returnable core? 


A good usable core would be a core that contains all internal components and does not have any cracks / holes and spins freely (not locked up due to rust). If the core has any of the above conditions, please contact us as you will receive a partial core charge depending on the condition of the core. 


ALL REMANUFACTERED ITEMS REQUIRE A CORE EXCHANGE OR A CORE CHARGE WILL BE CHARGED! NO EXCEPTIONS. 


We will buy any core motors, powerheads and components.

Return Core instructions


Shipping back core instructions - Powerheads


Step 1: remove all necessary parts to complete your “new” remanufactured powerhead

Step 2: place on a pallet and strap to pallet

Step 3: wrap with pallet wrap

Step 4: call 941-251-7591 and we will schedule your powerhead return shipment

Step 5: once scheduled we will email you paperwork. You will need to print out 2 copies of the bol and one copy of the shipping label. The shipping label will need to be placed on the pallet and the 2 copies of the bol will need to be given to the shipping company upon pickup. 

Step 6: shipping company will pick up pallet


 

Shipping back core instructions- All Other Items (not including powerheads)


Step 1: please ensure to drain any fluids (gas, oil, etc) out of the core!!!!

Step 2: place core inside the zip lock bag provided and make sure that it is sealed properly. If no zip lock bag is provided, then please ensure to wrap your core so that no fluids will leak while in shipment. Items that will not receive a zip lock bag includes superchargers and heads. 

Step 3: place core inside the box, along with a print off of the return authorization slip (print a copy below) and place securely in a box. If your box was damaged in shipping, please use a different box.

Step 4: place provided label on the box and ship back to us. 

Once we receive your core back, please allow 7-10 days for processing your refund!
