Used Items

Comes with a 30 day return policy from date of purchase. They must be in the same condition as they were received in. Items can not be disassembled or they will not be refunded! Customer will be responsible for paying to ship the item back. 

New Items

Come with a 30 day return policy from date of purchase. They must be in original condition with original packaging. Customer will be responsible for paying to ship the item back.

Remanufactured items

Comes with a 30 day return policy from date of purchase. All remanufactured items will be charged a restocking fee of 10% restocking fee unless customer would like to receive the refund in the form of a gift card. CUSTOMERS ORGINAL CORE IS NOT WILL NOT BE GIVEN BACK WHEN DOING A RETURN, INSTEAD VERADO SOURCE WILL PAY CUSTOMER CURRENT CORE CHARGE.

Damaged items- all damage to powerhead due to shipping needs to be reported to the driver. If not reported to the driver, it will be the responsibly of the customer to repair. Damage includes but not limited to broken valve cover, broken sensors or parts on powerhead due, etc. If powerhead is not shipped, customer must report any damages at the time of pickup or customer will be responsible for repairing broken parts. If purchasing parts that are shipped via ups, fedex or post office must be reported to 941-251-7591 within 3 days of receiving the item. No exceptions!

How Soon will i get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items within 10 business days. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via our return center.

Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment(s).

Refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method(s) of payment within 10 business days.

Return instructions

Step 1: Contact us at 941-251-7591 for RMA number

Step 2: Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of the return authorization slip (print a copy below) and securely in a box. You can use the box items arrived in or another box if you prefer.

Step 3: Take to a preferred shipping company and ship items.

Core Returns

Shipping back core instructions-all other items (not including powerheads)

Step 1: Please ensure to drain any fluids (gas, oil, etc) out of the core!!!!

Step 2: Place core inside the zip lock bag provided and make sure that it is sealed properly. If no zip lock bag is provided, then please ensure to wrap your core so that no fluids will leak while in shipment. Items that will not receive a zip lock bag includes superchargers and heads. 

Step 3: Place core inside the box,  along with a print off of the return authorization slip (print a copy below) and place securely in a box and wrap with packing material. If your box was damaged in shipping, please use a different box.

Step 4: Place provided label on the box and ship back to us. 

Once we receive your core back, please allow 7-10 days for processing your refund! 

shipping back core instructions -powerheads

Step 1: Remove all necessary parts to complete your “new” remanufactured powerhead

Step 2: Place on a pallet and strap to pallet

Step 3: Wrap with pallet wrap

Step 4: Call 941-251-7591 and we will schedule your powerhead return shipment

Step 5: Once scheduled we will email you paperwork. You will need to print out 2 copies of the bol and one copy of the shipping label. The shipping label will need to be placed on the pallet and the 2 copies of the bol will need to be given to the shipping company upon pickup. 

Step 6: Shipping company will pick up pallet

Once we receive your core back, please allow 7-10 days for processing your refund!

Note: all cores need to shipped back to us within 30 days after receiving your order!!!
