Core Exchange Requirement

⚠️ All remanufactured items require a core exchange.
If a core is not returned, a core charge will be applied — no exceptions.

We also purchase core motors, powerheads, and components.

What Is a Good, Usable, Returnable Core?

A good, usable core is a part that:

  • Contains all internal components
  • Has no cracks or holes
  • Spins freely (not seized or locked due to rust or damage)

If the core does not meet these conditions, please contact us. A partial core credit may apply depending on the condition of the returned core.

 

 


Core Return Instructions

Powerheads

  1. Remove all necessary parts needed for your new remanufactured powerhead
  2. Place the core on a pallet and strap it securely
  3. Wrap the pallet with pallet wrap
  4. Call 941-251-7591 to schedule return shipment
  5. You will receive paperwork by email:

-Print 2 copies of the BOL

- Print 1 shipping label

- Attach the label to the pallet

- Give the BOL copies to the carrier at pickup

  1. Shipping company will pick up the pallet

All Other Items (EXCLUDING POWERHEADS AND LOWER UNITS)

  1. Drain all fluids (oil, gas, etc.) completely
  2. Place the core in the provided zip-lock bag and seal it

-        If no bag is provided, wrap securely to prevent leaks

-         Zip-lock bags are not provided for superchargers and heads

  1. Place the core in a box with a printed Return Authorization form

-        Use a different box if the original was damaged

  1. Attach the provided shipping label and ship the package

Lower units

  1. Drain all oil completely
  2. Place the core in the provided box (if not damaged in the same box lower unit was shipped in) and seal it.
  3. Place the core in a box with a printed Return Authorization form

-        Use a different box if the original was damaged

  1. Attach the provided shipping label and ship the package

Processing & Deadlines

  • Please allow 7–10 business days after receipt for core refund processing
  • ⚠️ All cores must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order
