Returns Policy

For ALL returns, please print out a RMA Form and include in package.

Used items are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of purchase.

- Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

- Disassembled items are not eligible for a refund.

- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

- New items are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of purchase.

- Items must be in original condition and include original packaging.

- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Remanufactured Items

- Remanufactured items are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of purchase.

- A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all remanufactured item returns.

- The restocking fee will be waived if the customer chooses to receive their refund in the form of a Verado Source gift card.

- Customer’s original core will NOT be returned when a remanufactured item is returned.

- Instead, Verado Source will pay the customer the current core charge value at the time of return.
